My inspiration to train as a Medical Herbalist came from my own health issues and the transformative experience I gained through the care of another Medical Herbalist many years ago. I have now been practising as a Medical Herbalist for seven years and am also delighted to have taught on the Westminster University Herbal Medicine BSc and on the Heartwood Education Herbal Medicine Foundation.
I support clients with a range of conditions from digestive (SIBO, IBS, IBD) and cardiovascular problems to endocrine, emotional issues and skin disorders. Along with my training as a Medical Herbalist, I am also trained as a Psychosexual Therapist and Maya abdominal therapist, which means that I have expertise in supporting both men and women with conditions that affect their reproductive organs.
I work in a bespoke way with every client, combining herbal medicines, nutritional and lifestyle support, as required, helping people to improve their health and achieve their goals. I look forward to supporting you. Please see client testimonials.

For many years I dreamt about becoming a herbalist, playing and experimenting with herbs, reading about the benefits of plants and trying my hand at home-made tinctures and tonics. Eventually I pursued this professionally, obtaining BSc (honours) degree in Herbal Medicine.
Since then I have been practising herbs, helping clients with a wide range of ailments. I have a particular interest in supporting people with chronic- and emotional conditions.
When not in the clinic, I can be found either in the garden or at our allotment growing herbs, foraging, and making herbal medicines and various botanical products, or tutoring on the Heartwood Education Herbal Medicine Foundation course.
