BRUNCH is our weekly running club… with a difference.  In addition to the physical exercise, BRUNCH includes a nutritious take away meal for the runners, tailored to the session theme.  The recipes of our previous sessions are posted below.  More info on the programme is available here.

Falafel with roasted root vegetables, rocket & watercress salad
