My body, Myself – female health talk for teenage girls
This talk aims to educate and empower teenage girls about how to love and look after their bodies. It covers how they’re as different on the inside as on the outside and some of the ways they can help reduce PMS and period pain for themselves. The talk includes practical advice on diet, relaxation, exercise and self-massage.
