BRUNCH is launched!
This morning we launched our new running club, BRUNCH. We were not deterred by the rain and runners returned with rosy cheeks, high spirits and an appetite for food! The focus this week was on foods that help our body produce energy including slow release carbohydrates, B vitamins, iron and essential minerals – magnesium, calcium, potassium, copper, zinc & manganese.
